Who said that extreme sports are for men only? Adventure sports have never been about who’s the strongest or the most aggressive, which is why women can take part as well. It is all for the fun and the experience at the end. Just going out there and having a good time. It might even be possible to find that there are many women than men who are into extreme sports. However, not many women would be willing to do this. Most do not feel confident, they feel that they will not be strong enough and that it is out of their comfort zone. And then they surprise themselves after trying because they didn’t know they were capable of doing extreme sports.
Some women try these sports out with their boyfriends or husbands and then it turns out bad due to quarrels and arguments because communication between them is not good, and then this outs them off. It is just better if women do it on their own and go as friends as a girl’s day out. This could even turn out to be a better experience because you are at ease. There are so many extreme sports that women can try out, namely; White river rafting, bungee jumping, Deep sea diving, Rock climbing, Surfing, Mountain biking and lots more. At the moment there’s a big buzz around cycling, there are also women’s cycle events cropping up – these events are perfect for women who may feel a bit intimidated by entering a mixed event and generally the atmosphere is much more relaxed, fun and supportive.

There are so many activities/extreme sports that women can take part in, and they not even aware of this. Women should go out there, research and find out what other ways there are to having extraordinary fun.
I 2nd you on that 1, alot of women dont know how fun extreme sports may be and are afraid to try. People must try new things
